You will be notified when reaching 80% of your limit. It is suggested tickets have a due date into the next month if there is concern of going over. Please communicate your preference with your consultant.
If you go over the allotted time in your plan for the month , you will be invoiced at the rate agreed on contract for every hour you go over. It is at the company and consultants discretion if there is any time available for overages and this will be communicated. Overage invoices will be due within 15 days of receipt. No additional overages will be allowed until invoice balances are paid.
All plans have an 8 hour overage max in the month (may be on a case by case basis).
The consultant will not work more then 1/2 of the hours allowed in your plan in a single week. Example if you have a total of 8 meetings, you can only have max 4 meetings in a week. If you have 40 hours of development time, the consultant will not develop for more then 20 hours in the week.
Hours do not roll over into the next month.
Once subscribed you may add as many requests as you'd like to your backlog in order of priority. It is suggested tickets be broken down into subtasks to continuously bring you value during your plan month.
Example: You need a dashboard built. You can break down the ticket into 3 tasks:
Query and Results with output into excel (to satisfy an urgent need for the data).
Dashboard prototype and sign off (incase you need stakeholder approval and foresee a lot of back and forth regarding the design).
Dashboard build.
This allows the consultant to also work on other requests in between stakeholder reviews or blocks if needed.
We try to work as async as possible. We are sure you have enough meetings to get to during the day!
You will have access to Onboarding instructions including an Onboarding video with how to use the PM software and other resources for seamless collaboration. We meet for a 1 hour kick off call promptly after you have started your membership. You also have an allotted amount of meeting hours in your plan.
We provide templates and forms to be sure we gather as much information as we can regarding your requests. We also communicate frequently in the comments section of each ticket request which you will receive a notification of via email as well. In your private Client Portal you will have access to a Ticket Request Form, Kanban Board, Analytics Dashboard and other resources and information.
We often use Figma for Report and Dashboard prototyping. This allows you to collaborate with your consultant and invited guests directly in Figma through comments.
When a meeting is necessary to complete a request you may schedule in our calendar after we have made the decision that a call will streamline resolution of the request. Each meeting is discounted from your allotted meetings.
You may also email us should you have an inquiry outside of an existing ticket and a response is provided within 24-48 hours.
Due to the nature of our work we do not provide refunds. You may downgrade, upgrade or cancel any time with a 14 day notice prior to the end of your current month contract. If upgrading or downgrading, a new contract will be sent with the new plan outlined and must be signed prior to starting.
All contracts have a 3 month minimum. Discounts for commitments over 3 months.
Upgrades depend on availability.
